Lift and tone that booty.

OK ladies who want a round rump or at least keep it round? We all have our own idea on how or who we want our rumps to look like, but are you willing to do what it takes to get it that way? Yes that means you have to put the remote control down and get your bottom up literally, so put on your sweats, sports bra, and Gym shoes and get read to bust you Butt! YES IT’S GOING TO FEEL LIKE IT AFTER YOU DONE IT.

Before you start this workout you might want to stretch to loosen up your muscle and gets the blood flowing.

You will need the following.

1. Water

2. towel

3. work out mat (optional)

4. dumb bells (optional)

5. Chair

6. Music to keep you focused.

· Sweetlee Butt & Thigh buster #1

Back kicks - Stand facing a wall placing both hands against the wall. Lifting your left leg as far as it can go backward. (DO NOT SWING YOUR LEG YOU NEED TO FEEL THIS) Do 3 reputations of 20 on both legs. Through out the workout

· Sweetlee Butt & Thigh buster #2

Standing facing the wall with hands still in place you will lift begin slowly lifting each leg to the side as far as you can go. Doing 3 reputations of 20 on both legs through out the workout. (DO NOT SWING YOUR LEGS YOU NEED TO FEEL THE BURN)

· Sweetlee Butt & Thigh buster #3

Grab your dumb bell if you have any and a chair. Stand in front of the chair as if you were about to take a seat. If you are using dumb bells place one in each hand slightly erecting arms forward. Proceed as if you are tempting to have a sit with your back erect. Do not completely sit down. Tightening you tummy and gluts you will do 20 squats 3 reputations throughout the workout

· Sweetlee's Butt & Thigh buster # 4

Get on your hands and Knees, you will lift your left leg back as far as it can go holding it for 5 seconds while tightening your gluts then letting it go. You will do 20 reputations 3 times on both legs.

By now you should be having a good sweat if you are doing each Buster without stopping. I will say after the 2ND reputation, keep moving but drink some water and keep on. YOU CAN DO IT!

Walking Lunges. Stand erect with dumbbells grasped to sides (optional) . Put first leg forward extending it as far as you can go walking across the room. Rotating legs Do 10 reps

· Sweetlee Butt & Thigh Buster #6

Getting on your hands and knees extend one leg out to the back with feet pointed rotating your leg in a circular motion for 20 counts. Do 3 reps on each leg.

· Sweetlee Butt & Thigh Buster #7

Staying on you hands and Knees extending one leg out to the right feet pointed rotating your leg in a circular motion for 20 counts. Make sure your tummy and gluts are tight. Do 3 reps on each leg.

· Sweetlee Butt & Thigh Buster #8

Lying on your back put you hands to the side of you. Bending your knees, tighten your stomach firmly lift your glut’s off the floor holding it for 10 seconds and releasing it. Do 20 reps 3x.

· Sweetlee Butt & Thigh buster #9

Side kicks. Standing up with your feet hip-width away and hands on hips, slowly extend right leg to the side at hip do 20 reps of 3.

Sweetlee Butt & Thigh Buster #10

Running in place for 1 minute, make sure you tummy is tight and you are looking forward.

OK its time to cool down. Wipe the sweat off your face grab a drink of water. Stand straight up then begin stretching on each side for 10 seconds. Bend over holding tummy tights and just hang there for 10 seconds. Lie on the floor flat with you hands and legs stretched forward...
